Beautiful brand new home in the Villages of Richmond a highly desired location. Easy golf cart ride (gas golf cart included in your stay) to Brownwood Square where you can enjoy nightly entertainment, dancing, shops and great dining options.

Enjoy your stay in this super clean, open concept 3 bedroom 2 bath home. Brand new plush mattresses with quality white linens. Cozy up and dine on a gorgeous lanai space with 65” tv.Our designer home has 1950 sq ft of beautifully decorated living space. A 2 car plus golf cart garage.

Our kitchen is thoughtfully stocked with all the necessities, toaster, Keurig, blender, air fryer etc.
Multiple dining areas for dining and entertaining, 6 top formal dining, a high top for 4, or enjoy a 6 top on our lanai.
Living room has all power recliners and 65” smart tv.
Our lanai features a spot to cozy up, 65” tv, a bar cart and dining area.
Laundry room features full size washer and dryer.
A 4 person gas golf cart is provided we just ask you to refill the tank upon checkout.

All bedrooms have brand new plush mattresses and hotel quality white linens.
Master bedroom has king size mattress and a 55” tv. En-suite bathroom has a larger walk in shower and large walk-in closet.
Second bedroom has a Queen size mattress with a 55” tv.
Third bedroom has a Queen size mattress.

We will help you obtain guest passes to enjoy all the amenities The Villages has to offer. For our guest staying for multiple months, at no charge to you we will have the home deep cleaned once a month during your stay.
