We are the only community with 24/7 Security Personnel at the entrance to the neighborhood.
No one is allowed in the neighborhood without a reason for being there.
Our guards receive training and are certified by the State of Tennessee.
Our primary expense is personnel, with Security being our most considerable outlay.
