The space
Welcome to our modern and contemporary apartment located on the second floor! Your comfort and satisfaction is my top priority. Here's what you can expect:

Amenities: Enjoy your own space within the apartment. Your room is equipped with a window AC unit and a ceiling fan to keep you comfortable in any weather. You'll also have access to free WiFi for all your browsing needs. Entertainment options include a 42-inch TV with access to various apps such as Hulu, Disney+, Amazon Prime, and ESPN.

Parking: For those who drive, there's plenty of street parking available nearby, making it convenient for you to come and go as you please.

Accessibility: The subway is just a short 6-block walk away, providing easy access to transportation for exploring the city or commuting to work.
