Black Bear Loft - Sevierville

Black Bear Loft cabin is close to Downtown Gatlinburg, the Great Smoky Mountain National Park, Dollywood, and Pigeon Forge! It is far enough off the beaten path to relax in peace, yet close enough to all the local hotspots. The Cabin is perfect for couples, families and business travelers. It has a comfy king bed, queen bed in the open loft bedroom and sofa bed in the common area, 2 full bath, fireplace, Jacuzzi, and a hot tub! Enjoy a cup of coffee on one of the 3 decks with a great view!

Black Bear Loft is an exceptionally maintained cabin that sleeps 6 people. It is a 1,330 sq/ft cabin located on a wooded half acre in the highly desirable Sky Harbor Subdivision. This location is far enough off of the beaten path to enjoy the peacefulness of the Great Smoky Mountains, but close enough to be at all the area attractions in just minutes. The first stop light into Gatlinburg is 10 minutes away. Black Bear Loft is within 15-20 minutes of downtown Gatlinburg, the arts community, Pigeon Forge, Dollywood, Splash Country, Dixie Stampede, and the legendary hiking trails of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Don't forget Ober Gatlinburg for winter skiing, ice skating, and snow tubing.

We continuously update amenities at the Cabin to provide a clean, comfortable vacation for guests. Updated amenities include large seal coated driveway, new mattresses, bedding & linens, couches and chair, Smart TV in the master bedroom, 55" smart TV in the living room, carpet, lighting, silverware, dishes/glasses, keurig and hot tub!

Black Bear Loft offers guests thoughtful amenities so your stay can be relaxing, enjoyable, and your home away from home in the mountains.

You’ll enter the Cabin into an open living room and kitchen area. The living room has a beautiful fireplace with a comfortable couch and recliner. There is a 55" smart flat screen TV with over 120 cable channels. Feel free to login to your favorite apps to stream movies and TV shows such as Netflix, Hulu and Prime.

The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare and enjoy a home cooked meals. There is a Keurig MINI at the cabin with a Keurig reusable coffee pod as well. I make every effort to supply basic K-cups. Feel free to bring your own favorite coffee and use it in the reusable coffee pod. A charcoal Weber grill is located outside to grill up your favorite BBQ meats. Feel free to bring your preferred brand and type of charcoal as I cannot guarantee a supply at this time.

This cabin features a spacious first floor master bedroom with a King bed and Jacuzzi tub. A recently added Smart TV gives you the option to login to your Netflix account here as well. A full bathroom with shower/tub is just off the master bedroom.

You’ll find additional comfort for extra guests on the second floor open loft bedroom. The loft has a Queen bed and its own full bathroom with a shower/tub. The loft leads to a common area with a queen sofa bed, TV and outdoor balcony deck that has mountain views. A Foosball table, couch, and 412 game electronic cocktail table can also be found in the loft.

Black Bear Loft provides high-speed 400 mb/s Wi-Fi free of charge for your enjoyment! Feel Free to watch as much Netflix on your device as you'd like or get some work done in peace!

This cabin sleeps 6 people max with an additional $25 per person, per night, for each guest over 4. This helps us maintain and update the cabin for your enjoyment.

Cell Service: My Verizon cell service works "ok" for calling or texting. Data usage is not the best but the Cabin Wifi works great.

Fireplace: For obvious reasons, the fireplace is non-operational during warm weather months. The fireplace is operational October 15th through March 15th.

Pets: Sorry, we do not permit pets.
There is no smoking or vaping of any kind permitted in the Cabin!! You will be charged for the cleaning fee and damages from this.
