The apartment is centrally located in the hiking and skiing area of Surselva with Obersaxen, Weisse Arena, Brigels Waltensburg Andiast, all of which can be reached in 20 minutes by car or public transport. The post bus stop is about 100 m from the house. In winter, the ski bus goes directly to the Weisse Arena, and with good snow conditions, a descent to the house is possible. Ilanz is the hub in the Surselva with a RhB train station, restaurants, cafes, and numerous shopping opportunities. A small village shop and waste disposal are about 500 m away.
