This cozy 724 sq ft, 2 bedroom, (+office/add'l bedrm) 1-bath home is tucked away on a peaceful dead-end st betwn the serene waters of Ball Pond & the beauty of Putnam Lake. Mornings begin w/ the call of birds echoing across the trees, while the stillness of the water invites moments of calm reflection. Rich w/walking trails, 3 person canoe use & beach access. Nestle around the wood fire pit or Hot tub. Ski/Snowboard down Thunder Ridge slopes.

The space
You'll find a welcoming front sitting porch, a mirror-accented foyer with bench, and a warm living/dining area. The home includes a Queen bed in the primary bedroom, a single bed in a second bedroom with its own private sitting porch, plus an additional room used as a stretch room/office/add'l bedroom/tv room. Washer dryer available for your use. Standup shower doored bathroom. Mirrored closets for storage & reflection in individual rooms.

Step outside to enjoy the stone patio with a grill and umbrella-covered dining area. Toast smores over the wood burning fire pit.

Down the Road is Jackson Beach on Putnam Lake. Home included deeded beach access where guests can paddle a 3-person canoe stored directly on the beach. Must sign waiver for use. Stay includes paddles and life vests for 3 people. Hot Tub use.

Up the road is Ball Pond wide open to sunlight.

Parking for 2 cars.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire home (excluding the crawl space) , hot tub, outdoor bbq patio area and wood burning fire pit.

Home set-up & comfortably accommodates 3 guests. Penalty charges will apply for additional guests visiting over the maximum.

Other things to note
Kitchen does NOT have a dishwasher.

Pets considered on a case-by-case basis.

Keep noise low when outside as we do have neighbors. Enjoy the natural surroundings of our serene dead end street. We do have neighbors along with the stationed wildlife.

Minimum to book is 25 years old.

During a stay if the number of people that arrive is more than the maximum capacity of 4 people the reservation will be terminated during the reservation period without a refund. No exceptions.
