Inside, you’ll find two king bedrooms, a queen bedroom, and a cozy full bedroom equipped with a desk and monitor—perfect for those needing a quiet workspace. Each bedroom includes comfortable hybrid natural latex mattresses with 100% cotton sheets, a 32” Smart TV, and plenty of storage. Bedrooms 1-3 feature closets, dressers, and remote-controlled ceiling fans, while Bedroom 4 offers a luggage stand and hooks for convenience. The shared bathroom has a shower-over-bathtub design with a jetted tub for a little extra indulgence.
The living room invites you to relax on the comfortable sectional while enjoying your favorite streaming services on a 55” Smart TV. With super-fast fiber optic WiFi and central heating and air conditioning, you’ll stay comfortable and connected no matter the season.
Step outside to discover a yard designed for relaxation and fun. Soak in the 4-person hot tub, gather around the propane fire table, or swing on the porch swing. The shaded sectional and dining areas make outdoor gatherings enjoyable in any weather, and the propane grill is ready for family barbecues. Kids will love the play area, which includes a 10’ climbing dome, playhouse, and saucer swing.
Our home is ideal for families, offering thoughtful amenities to make traveling with children a breeze. We provide a full-size crib with mattress, Pack & Play, travel bassinet, high chair, booster seats, bed rails, and even a changing table. For safety and convenience, we’ve included magnetic locks on cabinets, outlet covers, childproof door knobs, and a step stool. Toys, board games, and bath toys ensure that little ones are entertained throughout your stay.
Parking is a breeze with space for up to four cars, including one spot in the garage, two in the driveway, and one directly in front of the house. An electric vehicle charger is also available for guests.
While our home is well-insulated, it is located on a moderately busy road. For those sensitive to noise, we’ve provided a white noise machine and earplugs in the primary bedroom to ensure a restful night’s sleep.
To ensure a peaceful and enjoyable experience for all, we kindly ask guests to observe our occupancy limit of 8 people (including children) and limit day visitors to 4. Quiet hours are enforced from 9 PM to 8 AM, and outdoor activities should move indoors after 9 PM. Noise sensors and a front-door security camera help us maintain compliance with Santa Rosa’s regulations. Please note that violations may result in immediate cancellation without a refund.
