The Apartment
This superb 2-bedroom apartment is designed to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. You will find:

A spacious living room: a large, very comfortable sofa awaits you, another sofa, a large TV, and a relaxing view of the Belle Etoile (pre-Alpine summit of 1,840 meters)
A beautiful equipped kitchen and a large friendly table: everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including an oven, a cooktop, a coffee machine (Senséo with pods), a filter coffee machine, a kettle, tea, kitchen utensils, a raclette machine, a fondue pot, and dishes. A large table where you can gather to share good moments.
Comfortable bedrooms for restful nights (bed linen provided):
- Bedroom 1: 1 double bed (140x200)

- Bedroom 2: 2 single beds (2 beds 90x190)

- 1 travel cot for babies also available.

A bathroom including a bathtub, toilet, washing machine - toiletries included (toilet paper, shampoo/shower gel, towels, and washcloths, hairdryer)
A small balcony: with a small table, view of the medieval city of Conflans and the main street of the city center

Quick access to the mountains: Perfect for nature lovers and winter or summer sports enthusiasts. Renowned ski resorts are easily accessible:
- Arêches-Beaufort and Les Saisies are only 30/40 minutes by car,

- Courchevel / Megève in 45min/1h

- The beautiful lakes of Annecy and Bourget in Aix-Les-Bains are 40 minutes away.

Parking: By car, there are spaces all around the building with a disc (1h free), otherwise 2 free parking lots 1 min by car.

Hiking, outdoor activities, skiing: Enjoy the countless hiking trails and ski slopes nearby, summer tobogganing, water park, children's park... Relaxation and wellness: Treat yourself to a day of relaxation in the nearby thermal baths and spas (20 min from the Léchère thermal station).
We live 2 minutes on foot from the apartment, we are available if needed
No smoking in the apartment even with the window open (balcony provided for this purpose)

Need a car on site?
We also rent a 7-seater vehicle ("Sharan" 4x4 from "Volkswagen"). Very comfortable, well-equipped, and easy to drive, it is perfect for family stays to enjoy your vacation or among colleagues to minimize your business travel expenses. Equipped with snow tires in winter. You can pick it up directly in front of the accommodation or at the train station, and you will have access to the underground parking in the city center just 1 min from the apartment.
