Location & Outdoor Living

Step out your front door and onto the sand in just 50 metres. With nothing but a quiet street and coastal dune between you and the sea, ‘Callala Beachfront’ offers magnificent, unobstructed views across Jervis Bay from the upstairs living areas.

Relax outdoors on shaded front, side, or rear decks— complete with two comfortable outdoor dining settings, a Weber BBQ, and stairs leading down to a fully secure back garden.

Sustainable & Updated Comforts

Enjoy a sustainable stay powered by eco-friendly solar battery energy. Inside, the home is bright and fresh, featuring recent updates to paint, furnishings, lighting, carpets, and rugs.
The fully equipped kitchen comes ready with a dishwasher, basic pantry condiments (some herbs, spreads, cooking oils, tea, coffee), and dual coffee options (a Sunbeam espresso maker and a Nespresso pod machine with pod recycling).

Unlimited Starlink Wi-Fi keeps everyone connected.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms

The main living area upstairs includes two comfortable queen bedrooms—both with direct deck access—and a beautifully remodeled main bathroom. Downstairs offers a second bathroom, laundry, and a versatile bedroom with two single beds and plenty of extra floor space for kids to play.

Adventure & Game Gear

We’ve stocked the downstairs garage with everything you need for an active holiday: a table tennis table, two kayaks, a stand-up paddleboard, three pushbikes, fishing rods, tennis rackets, and beach toys. Golf enthusiasts can also grab our complimentary golf clubs and buggy to play a round at the nearby 18-hole Callala Club course.

Guest access
Enjoy full, private access to the entire home, including a secure backyard and front, side, and rear decks fitted with a Weber Q BBQ.

Inside, the modern kitchen comes fully equipped with a dishwasher and dual coffee machines (Nespresso pod and espresso).

Stay relaxed and entertained with split-system air conditioning upstairs, ceiling fans, oil heaters, unlimited Starlink Wi-Fi, and a Smart TV with complimentary Netflix.

The downstairs game space is packed for adventure with a table tennis table, three bikes, two kayaks, a stand-up paddleboard, fishing rods, and beach toys and a set of golf clubs for the adults.

Family and utility essentials are completely covered, featuring a free laundry with washing machine and powder, plus a highchair and porta-cot for the little ones.

Other things to note
Good to Know Before You Arrive

We require a two-night minimum stay (with longer minimums during peak periods).

To make your check-in seamless, all bath towels and bed linen are provided (just remember to bring your own beach towels!). Both queen beds are fully made up prior to arrival so you can sink straight into holiday mode, while linen is provided for the single beds to be made up as needed.

Free unlimited Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.

Sustainability & Beach Care

We’re passionate about keeping our coastal haven pristine. You’ll find a kitchen scrap bin indoors that feeds our two compost bins. We also proudly support #Take3ForTheSea—while Callala Beach is gorgeous, plastic occasionally washes up, and picking up just three small pieces of litter on your beach walks makes a huge difference for our local marine life.

Privacy & Security

For your peace of mind and complete privacy, the single operational camera over the driveway is turned off during your stay. (Two additional exterior cameras are permanently decommissioned).
