Amazing ocean view for sunrise and sunset! Great house to relax and enjoy. 50’ dock in back for your boat and a balcony for morning sunrises. All new furniture and appliances . Close to a bunch of restaurants and bars and only 1 hour from Key West. Take a ride on our bikes or Hang in the hammock for the sunset and there’s a bbq for your fresh caught fish . We have kayaks there for your use as well :)

We are less than 2 hours from Miami International Airport and an hour to Key West. You can fly in by helicopter or private plane to the Marathon airport as well.

On check in day you will receive a code to open the door that will work until your check out date.

Maximum occupancy

House Rules

Please respect no more than 8 guests and no pets allowed. Also no smoking allowed. As per county requirements , no loud noise after 10pm. Security cameras are outside the house for safely. Please do not move or block them. Upon booking, we require a list of all guests, including ages, as well as a list of all vehicles and boats/jet skis, along with license plates/registration numbers.
Full house rules are included with rental agreement.

Payment Policy

50% at time of booking and balance due at least 30 days prior to stay.

Refundable Damage Deposit

Refund is given within 7 days of check out after inspection.

Cancellation Policy

100% refund if cancel at least 30 days before start date. $250 cancel fee applies
No refund with less than 30 days cancellation
