Our cozy 2 BR/2 bath unit is as close as you can get to the waves of the Atlantic without getting wet! The secure building has lots of water fun too- 2 lazy rivers & 2 pools, 4 hot tubs, a baby pool, and an indoor heated pool. This condo is accessible for all mobility levels, so don’t hesitate to invite the grandparents!

Get cooking in your very own full kitchen! Say goodbye to boring takeout and hello to delicious home-cooked meals. We've stocked your kitchen with all the essentials: a fridge, microwave, stove with oven, toaster oven, blender, and of course, a coffee maker to keep you fueled. Plus, we've got you covered with a knife set, pots and pans, and even those essential condiments. We've thought of everything, including dinnerware and utensils. And the best part? Clean up is a breeze with your very own dishwasher. Let the culinary adventures begin!

You can dine at the bar with seating for 4 on comfortable bar stools, great for grabbing a quick breakfast, or head to the dining set where 4-6 can sit and enjoy a home cooked meal or indulge in a fresh-baked pizza from Benito's Brick Oven before hitting the sand for a sunset stroll.

Bedrooms & Baths
No need to fight over the biggest bed-we offer king beds and en suite bathrooms in both bedrooms!

The primary bedroom features a private entrance to a balcony with seating for the best backdrop to your morning coffee you’ve ever had. With beach themed comforters and decor, you’ll feel like you’re in a cozy beach haven. Plenty of clothes storage, nightstands with lamps and a ceiling fan round out the amenities in this quiet retreat.
Enjoy your private bathroom with a glass door shower with handheld shower head and built-in seat. We even provide toiletries! The vanity offers storage for your essentials as well as a large mirror for flawless makeup application.

The second bedroom is similar in style to the primary-with soothing coastal colors and decor, lots of clothing storage, in addition to an iron and ironing board and even beach toys, an umbrella and beach chairs in the closet.

The second bathroom has a tub/shower combo and single vanity with storage cabinets.

Additional sleeping accommodations are available in the living room with a queen sleeper sofa and a futon.

Outdoor Amenities
Now the fun part-talking about our awesome building and all the amenities it offers!

First of all, we love the security our building provides, with gated access, keyless entry on all doors, and cameras throughout, you can always feel safe. North Myrtle Beach even has their own police department!

Kids will go nuts for the two lazy rivers, as well as the numerous pools-we have 1 large heated indoor pool, a kiddie pool, and an outdoor pool. It just doesn’t get better than this.

If you’re worried about keeping up with your fitness routine, have no fear-the building offers a fully loaded workout facility with cardio and strength training equipment.

Did we mention the building is ocean-front? Step through the dunes and arrive on the sugar sand beaches of Crescent Beach. It’s just that easy! There’s a foot rinse and showers to de-sand before heading back to your condo.

Crescent Keyes is a SECURE (entrances to building accessible with keycode only) condominium located directly on the beach on Ocean Blvd South in North Myrtle Beach. This is a family oriented area, and we have a dedicated Police Department just for NMB. North Myrtle Beach has all kinds of shopping, restaurants, and activities to enjoy, INCLUDING 80+ GOLF COURSES CLOSE BY.

You have full access to the entire condo and all the amenities of the building. The condo is NOT a handicap unit, but can accommodate a wheelchair with the exception of the bathtub/showers and the doors to the balcony, where there are 2 inch high water barriers between the condo and the balcony. All building entrance doors are flat areas, all accessible by wheelchairs. There are ramps from the street to the beach on both sides of the building, maintained by North Myrtle Beach. We have a new lighted access bridge between the building and the beach with showers, shoe scrapers and hoses to wash the sand off your feet and equipment. There is a large pool, a smaller pool, a pool for little ones, a lazy river and two hot tubs on the ground floor. The main entrance to the lobby and pool area are secured with a keypad entry to insure private use only. The well equipped large gym is on the second floor with windows facing the beach. The 6th floor ( front of the building) also has pools, a lazy river and hot tubs. There is a baby item rental shop available for cribs and other items just a couple of blocks away.

The secure building foyer has three elevators, restrooms, hotel dollys and grocery carts to help with moving luggage and groceries to the apartments. The spacious main lobby has round tables and chairs for comfortable eating and socializing. The outdoor pool area has lounge chairs for sunning, shaded round tables and chairs for outdoor eating, and tubes for the lazy river. We have folding chairs, body boards, a large umbrella and more that you can borrow available in the condo. Please clean off the sand before you bring them back into the condo.

Four levels of Covered Garage Parking for two vehicles is included in the rental. There is No Parking inside the garage for motorcycles, mopeds or golf carts.

Guests will have a phone number to request help if it's needed during their stay. The Airbnb website Message Center is available at all times.

North Myrtle Beach is known for its world-class golf courses. It's one of the things that keep golf enthusiasts coming back. There are a plethora of golf courses (and even golf stores) in North Myrtle Beach, some of which have hosted the PGA Tour events such as the North Myrtle Beach Golf Course. With its picturesque sand dunes and signature Par 3 #9th hole, it's the perfect golf course to show off your golfing skills. So why not spend your day practicing your swing and enjoying the warm weather?

Next on the list is dining, and North Myrtle Beach has plenty of restaurants to satisfy every taste. Give The Grumpy Monk a try if you’re searching for comfort food, unique salads, and craft beer in a casual atmosphere. Additionally, seafood lovers can head over to Waterfront Seafood Shack for the quintessential Myrtle Beach experience-a walk up window that offers outdoor seating and a full menu of local seafood. Save room for ice cream for the most satisfying finish to your meal.

Myrtle Beach is also home to plenty of kid-friendly attractions, making it the perfect place for a family vacation. Barefoot Landing combines retail outlets and great dining with lots of outdoor fun for the whole family, on the picturesque Lewis Pond. For animal lovers, the Alligator Adventure is another exciting option. They get to feed alligators, watch live shows, and learn about other animals. Your condo in North Myrtle is conveniently close to the impressive Broadway at the Beach, a sprawling outdoor entertainment center with shopping and restaurants, as well as kid-friendly attractions like a Ripley’s Aquarium, Ferris Wheel, and the Myrtle Waves water park.

No vacation is complete without some retail therapy, and North Myrtle Beach has some of the best retail shops. From boutiques to jewelry stores, there is something for everyone. For hand-crafted jewelry and eclectic souvenirs, head over to the Buy Curiosity Gift Shop on 17th. If you need to stay dry on a less-than-perfect day, Myrtle Beach Mall is a great place to wander and shop in nation-wide chains and specialty shops.

Crescent Keyes Condo is located on Crescent Beach in North Myrtle Beach. The closest airport is Myrtle Beach International Airport, just a quick 30 minute drive. Most guests arrive in a personal vehicle but rideshare services and taxis are available.

There are many businesses available by walking, close by--within one-half mile to a mile. We are on a local bus line on Ocean Blvd. Public bus transportation, taxis, and Uber are available.

Free Parking is provided in our garage for up to two vehicles. The condo has inside parking on the floors below the living quarters. Parking in our garage is limited during high season and is always RESTRICTED TO VEHICLES UNDER 6 FEET 8 INCHES. Any vehicles taller than that will damage the ceiling sprinkler system. Owners of Vehicles damaging the system will be responsible for repairs. The building has a surveillance system.

No garage parking is allowed for motorcycles, mopeds, or golf carts. There is a paid $2.00 an hr. daytime public parking lot across the street and in many more places, particularly near public passages to the beach. There is no overnight street or public parking lot parking in NMB.

Crescent Keyes is a SECURE (entrances to building accessible with keycode only) condominium located directly on the beach on Ocean Blvd South in North Myrtle Beach. We are within walking distance to 17th street, where many convenience stores, retail shops and restaurants are located. Our lobby has advertising racks with booklets and coupons for the many attractions located nearby and in Myrtle Beach.

There are wonderful restaurants of all kinds, theaters, carnivals, and free outdoor concerts during the summer. There are multiple attractions such as the Ferris Wheel on Broadway, ( visible from the balcony looking south) several theaters, and tons of shops in Myrtle Beach. If you like horses, horseback riding on the beach is available. The Mythical Medieval Fest is Myrtle Beach's only renaissance festival, and the show and the horses are spectacular.
If there is a golfer in the family, there are 80+ courses in the greater Myrtle Beach area to choose from! The non-golfers can enjoy all the resort pleasures on the beach, while the golfers can take to the links. The closest course is only 10 minutes away. For Miniature golf fans, there are many varieties of styles and challenges on Highway 17, several within walking distance.

Rental includes 2 parking spots in the covered parking garage. Parking passes are issued after check in and must be displayed in the vehicle while parked.
