The open living room, featuring new vinyl plank floors, is the perfect place to unwind. Sink into one of the comfortable sleeper recliners to watch the 45” flat-screen TV. Step onto the spacious balcony to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine while watching for dolphins!

Bedrooms & Bathrooms
This condo features two primary suites, each with a king-sized bed and a private en-suite bathroom.
Primary Suite 1: Features a private entrance to the balcony, a cozy beach-themed comforter, and a bathroom with a glass-door shower that includes a handheld shower head and a built-in seat.
Primary Suite 2: Offers soothing coastal colors, ample storage, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
Additional Sleeping: 4 fully recling sleeper chairs are available in the main living area.

Guests will have full, private access to the entire 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo.

There are a plethora of golf courses (and even golf stores) in North Myrtle Beach, some of which have hosted the PGA Tour events such as the North Myrtle Beach Golf Course. With its picturesque sand dunes and signature Par 3 #9th hole, it's the perfect golf course to show off your golfing skills. So why not spend your day practicing your swing and enjoying the warm weather?

Next on the list is dining, and North Myrtle Beach has plenty of restaurants to satisfy every taste. Give The Grumpy Monk a try if you’re searching for comfort food, unique salads, and craft beer in a casual atmosphere. Additionally, seafood lovers can head over to Waterfront Seafood Shack for the quintessential Myrtle Beach experience-a walk up window that offers outdoor seating and a full menu of local seafood. Save room for ice cream for the most satisfying finish to your meal.

Myrtle Beach is also home to plenty of kid-friendly attractions, making it the perfect place for a family vacation. Your condo in North Myrtle is conveniently close to the impressive Broadway at the Beach, a sprawling outdoor entertainment center with shopping and restaurants, as well as kid-friendly attractions like a Ripley’s Aquarium, Ferris Wheel, and the Myrtle Waves water park.

No vacation is complete without some retail therapy, and North Myrtle Beach has some of the best retail shops. From boutiques to jewelry stores, there is something for everyone. For hand-crafted jewelry and eclectic souvenirs, head over to the Buy Curiosity Gift Shop on 17th. If you need to stay dry on a less-than-perfect day, Myrtle Beach Mall is a great place to wander and shop in nation-wide chains and specialty shops.

Crescent Keyes Condo is located on Crescent Beach in North Myrtle Beach. The closest airport is Myrtle Beach International Airport, just a quick 30 minute drive. Most guests arrive in a personal vehicle but rideshare services and taxis are available.

There are many businesses available by walking, close by--within one-half mile to a mile. We are on a local bus line on Ocean Blvd. Public bus transportation, taxis, and Uber are available.

Free Parking is provided in our garage for up to two vehicles. The condo has inside parking on the floors below the living quarters. Parking in our garage is limited during high season and is always RESTRICTED TO VEHICLES UNDER 6 FEET 8 INCHES. Any vehicles taller than that will damage the ceiling sprinkler system. Owners of Vehicles damaging the system will be responsible for repairs. The building has a surveillance system.

No garage parking is allowed for motorcycles, mopeds, or golf carts. There is a paid $2.00 an hr. daytime public parking lot across the street and in many more places, particularly near public passages to the beach. There is no overnight street or public parking lot parking in NMB.

Security: The Crescent Keyes building is a secure, gated property. Keycodes are required for entry to the building, lobby, and pool areas, ensuring your safety and privacy. The area is also served by its own dedicated North Myrtle Beach Police Department.
Accessibility: While the building's main entrances, lobby, and ramps to the beach are wheelchair accessible, the condo unit itself is not a fully handicap-accessible unit. The bathtub/showers and the 2-inch water barriers on the balcony doors may present challenges for wheelchair users.
