Welcome to Villa Pine and step into this delightful 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom home is situated 2 1/2 blocks from the beach. Lauderdale by the Sea is a hidden gem in South Florida and the perfect beach town for families. You will not find a nicer, more private location for your relaxing vacation. AND NO CAR NEEDED! If you want to spend the day at the beach, just load up the beach buggy and take a 5 min walk to the beach instead of stressing to find a parking spot :)

Entering the home on the ground floor, you are greeted by a living room that offers a flat screen TV and a brand new queen size sleeper Serta sofa, ( serving as a 5th open bedroom). As you walk past the open staircase, you will find an open floor plan offering a private powder room, dining table that sits 8 people, an open family room, offering furnishings with 2 couches and another 65"Smart TV with DVD player, cable , Netflix and over 100 DVDs to chose from ranging from children to mature audience. There are also books and plenty of board games to chose from as well. The kitchen is warm and inviting with breakfast bar for 5 and 7 at dining table as part of the open floor plan. So there is seating for 12 people. There is a smaller room on the ground floor equipped with a queen size bed, flat screen TV and cable with DVR and ceiling fan. Adjacent to the room, is a large walk in laundry room off the kitchen, also equipped with washer, dryer, and beach chairs, umbrellas , lots of sunscreen. There is a fabulous, unobstructed view of the pool from the living areas and kitchen.

There are two sets of french doors in the family room which lead to the large awning that covers the patio area overlooking the extremely private resort style pool with waterfall. Some townhouses claim to have pools but they are shared or very small, so be sure to ask.Villa Pine has a full size 15x 30 pool which is the largest pool in LBS for a townhouse.

The rear patio offers 4 lounge chairs, outside dining table for 6/7, a brand new BBQ and a also a charcoal grill, 2 Beach umbrellas and beach buggy and 8 beach chairs.

Off the foyer of the second floor, you will find the master suite which offers a king size bed, a 55" flat screen TV, DVD player and cable with DVR and ceiling fan. There is also a full size crib in the corner of the room and out of the way. There is also a large walk-in closet and a private balcony with 2 chairs and a small table overlooking the yard and pool. The very private master bathroom offers a full size jacuzzi spa tub, a separate glass shower and 2 separate vanity sinks on either side of bathroom with large mirrors, blow dryer and a ceiling fan. The toilet is enclosed and even has a phone! Bedroom two has a low European style platform king size bed, built in night stands a flat screen TV, DVD player, cable with DVR. Bedroom three offers twin beds, nightstands flat screen TV, cable with DVR and ceiling fan. There is a second full size bathroom with tub and shower.

There is also 1 pack and play. There are also 1 child/staircase gate

HDTV, WI-FI throughout the home.

The paved driveway in front of garage easily accommodates 4 sedan cars.

This villa is ideal for individuals and large families in search of a relaxing getaway, in an extremely private setting, with the convenient accessibility to lots of restaurants, shops, supermarket( on corner ), diving shops, CVS, Yoga, ice cream shops, fantastic pizza places, live bands and our lovely pier.Just 2.5 miles away is the Water Taxi stop to take the family and jump on and discover all of Fort Lauderdale with a guide. Great day to spend the day as well!

It is not suited for loud parties at night as this is a very family oriented home. This is for groups of adults or families that like peace and quiet surroundings. Late night outside partying is not allowed due to loud ordinance in LBTS.
