Chalet Balcon du Paradis is a luxury chalet with open fireplace, sauna, outdoor hot tub (included in the rental price) and free WLAN. Located close to the lift, in the Paradiski ski area. It is built in a traditional, charming natural stone wood style: a real jewel box. The chalet has 7 bedrooms on three floors.
On the upper floor is the cosy, light-flooded living and dining room with a large panoramic window front. Open roof beam construction in the living area by the fireplace seating area. Very well-equipped open-plan kitchen with bar stools and round stone columns, in keeping with the typical regional architecture. Additional seating area in the attic as a reading corner, with sofa set and satellite TV.
The single beds measure 200 cm x 90 cm, the double beds 200 x 160 cm.

An outdoor sauna offers relaxation. This private sauna is located next to the hot tub (4 people) and includes a sauna cabin for around 5 people and a shower.

Panoramic hillside location at the top of the traditional mountain village. To the 'Lonzagne' lift to the top ski area Les Arcs-Paradiski .350 m on foot or .450 m by car, with free parking at the lift. Freeride tour descent back to the chalet (no piste, not marked or groomed, at your own risk). After a day of skiing, you can stroll through the old alleyways of the charming mountain village of Peisey (.600 m away) with several typical restaurants, a rustic après-ski pub, grocery shop, bakery and butcher. An exclusive holiday quality: skiing in the mega ski area - living on the edge of the grown, cosy mountain village, with a correspondingly high quality of life.

Peisey is part of the Les Arcs ski area, which opens up limitless possibilities for all ski enthusiasts with slopes up to 2,000 metres in altitude, rapid deep snow and mogul pistes. Summer info Peisey Vallandry offers a wide range of sporting activities in summer in a breathtaking mountain setting, such as cycling, mountain biking, climbing, swimming, tennis, golf or even horse riding and fishing. For the more adventurous, there is rafting or paragliding. Cyclists will find their challenge on the surrounding Col d'Iseran, Little St Bernard and Cormet de Roseland mountain passes. A ride in a husky kart pulled by dogs or in the adventure aerial rope park will certainly not only make children's hearts beat faster. The highlight is certainly the Vanoise National Park with around 500 kilometres of marked hiking trails. Flora and fauna can also be discovered on guided tours. For those interested in culture, the baroque chapels and churches as well as various museums in the vicinity of Peisey offer a wide range of excursion options.
