Located just steps from the Beach, Newport Harbor, the Fun Zone, and Balboa Village, it's an ideal retreat for families or groups. Let’s take a tour of the space!

- Living Room: The spacious, open-concept living area includes a cozy fireplace, modern seating, and a large flat-screen TV with an entertainment system for cozy nights in.

- Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances including a fridge, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. Dishes, Wine Glasses, and Cookware make meal prep a breeze!

- Dining Area: A dining table for 6 is perfect for family dinners or entertaining guests. The room is bright and welcoming with large windows. For those who prefer outdoor dining, a large picnic table and barbeque are available for your use.

- Primary Suite: The primary suite features a king-sized bed, a sofa sleeper with a Tempur-Pedic mattress, a dedicated workspace, and a smart TV. The layout makes it an excellent choice for both relaxation and productivity. The sitting area and sleeping area are separated by a pocket door. When closed, the sitting area converts to the 4th bedroom.

The security system ensures peace of mind during your stay, and a printer/scanner is available for business needs. Property is on the lower level of a duplex. Each property has a separate entrance. The garage and laundry facilities are shared. Each residence offers parking for two standard sized vehicles.

We aim to create a pleasant stay for all guests. To that end, we do not have a complicated checkout task list. Our housekeepers will take care of most cleaning tasks. However, in keeping with VRBO's requirements that we publish the checkout task list, we kindly request that our guests do the following prior to departure:

- Leave Garage Remote on Kitchen Counter
- Put All Dirty Dishes in the Dishwasher and Turn it On
- Put Any Used Beach Towels in the Washing Machine on Cold Water and Turn It On
- Put Trash in the Outside Trash Cans
- Delete Personal Streaming Accounts From all TV's
- Turn off Gas to Fireplace and BBQ
- Turn Off All Lights, TV's, the Stereo Receiver and HVAC
- Close and Lock All Windows and Doors

Please note that for security purposes cameras have been installed outside the property at all points of entry. The cameras face outward, and are meant to capture any unauthorized access to the property. They are located outside the front door, street level patio, side door, side gate, and garage.
