Looking for something with a little more soul than the usual cookie-cutter Ibiza-style holiday rental? Welcome to Casa Paseo de las Flores, our characterful Spanish family home in the historic heart of Salobreña.
With three bedrooms, two bathrooms and space for up to 6 guests, there’s plenty of room to enjoy a holiday together. But what makes our home truly special is what you’ll find outside: an incredible 212 m² of private terraces, your own saltwater pool and beautiful views across the whitewashed town, the Andalusian mountains and the Mediterranean Sea.

And there’s one little door you’ll definitely want to open: step through the gate on our terrace and you’re directly on the famous Paseo de las Flores, one of the prettiest and most atmospheric spots in Salobreña’s Old Town.
All this just 900 metres from the beach, with restaurants, tapas bars, cafés, shops and Salobreña’s Moorish castle within walking distance. And unusually for the historic centre, you’ll even have your own private garage.

Casa Paseo de las Flores isn’t an anonymous holiday apartment created purely for tourists. It’s our own family home, where we live ourselves for part of the year.
That means it feels like a home too: warm, welcoming, personal and fully equipped. You’ll stay among Salobreña’s whitewashed streets, hear the sounds of the Old Town, greet neighbours with a “¡Hola!” and spend long evenings eating outside under the stars.
This is a house with history, character and all the little quirks that come with an authentic Spanish home.
If you’re looking for a perfectly polished hotel suite, this may not be the place for you.
But if you’re looking for authenticity, comfort, character and a chance to experience the real Spain, we think you’ll feel very much at home here.

The terraces everyone remembers
The 212 m² of private outdoor space are at the heart of life at Casa Paseo de las Flores. With terraces on different levels, there’s almost always a sunny or shady corner waiting for you.
Start the morning with coffee overlooking the mountains, cool off in the pool in the afternoon, stretch out on a sun lounger with a book, or open a bottle of wine and have dinner outside as the sun goes down.

The house
Our home has three bedrooms and comfortably accommodates families, couples and friends.
Bedroom 1
Two single beds that can be joined to create one large king-size bed.

Bedroom 2
Double bed (130 × 190 cm).

Bedroom 3
Bunk bed — perfect for children.
All three bedrooms have air conditioning.
There are two bathrooms, with hot water supplied by our gas-powered system.

Inside, you’ll find comfortable spaces to relax after a day at the beach or exploring Salobreña.

A location that lets you leave the car behind
One of the things we love most about Casa Paseo de las Flores is its location.
You’re staying right in Salobreña’s historic Old Town, yet the beach is only around 900 metres away.
From the house you can walk to:

✔ Supermarkets and shops
✔ Salobreña’s Moorish castle
✔ The winding streets and viewpoints of the Old Town
There’s also a bus stop to the beach directly outside the house.
And because parking can be a challenge in historic Spanish towns, having your own private garage is a real bonus. The garage is suitable for smaller cars, approximately up to the size of an Opel Corsa, Citroën C3 or similar.

Work with a view
Need to combine your holiday with a little work?
We have fast fibre WiFi throughout the house and terraces, so you can work indoors or find a quiet spot outside with the mountains and Mediterranean in the background.
We can’t promise you’ll get much work done with the pool nearby, though.

Casa Paseo de las Flores is an authentic home in Salobreña’s historic centre, rather than a purpose-built holiday villa.
For stays longer than one week, we include a complimentary light cleaning service with fresh bed linen.
For your safety, the exterior of the property is equipped with security cameras.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire house & terrace, but the price is based on the number of people on the reservation. For that reason, we open the number of bedrooms that matches the booked guest count. Bedrooms that are not needed will remain locked.

One of the most unique features of the house is the huge 212 m² terrace. From the terrace, you can step directly through the private gate onto the famous Paseo de las Flores, one of Salobreña’s most beautiful flower-filled walking paths overlooking the Sea. This special location gives you the feeling of living right in the heart of authentic Andalusia.

Welcome to Casa Paseo de las Flores! This is our family home, and we hope you'll enjoy it as much as we do. We kindly ask all guests to treat the house with the same care and respect they would their own home.

Perfect for Families
Our home is ideal for families, couples and guests looking to experience the authentic charm of Salobreña. Maximum 4 adults (children are very welcome).

Spanish law requires us to register all guests with the Guardia Civil before arrival. For this reason, only registered guests are permitted to stay in the house. Visitors who are not part of the reservation are not allowed.

The house is not suitable for parties, events or groups of young people looking for a party destination.

An Authentic Andalusian Home
Casa Paseo de las Flores is not a luxury villa or a minimalist holiday rental. It is our own Andalusian family home, where we live ourselves for much of the year. The house has retained its authentic character and original charm while offering modern comforts such as air conditioning, fibre WiFi, a dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, spacious refrigerator and a fully equipped kitchen. If you're looking for an authentic local experience rather than a standard holiday apartment, we think you'll feel right at home here.

Accessibility:
The house is located in Salobreña's historic old town and has several staircases. Unfortunately, it is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility or wheelchair users.

Smoking:
Smoking is not permitted inside the house.
You're welcome to smoke on the terrace. We simply ask that you dispose of cigarette ends responsibly and help keep the terrace clean.

Pets:
Well-behaved dogs are welcome with prior approval.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept aggressive dogs or breeds that are prohibited under Spanish regulations.

Air Conditioning & Energy
To keep the house comfortable while reducing unnecessary energy use, we kindly ask you to:
keep doors and windows closed when the air conditioning is operating;
switch off the air conditioning and fans whenever you leave a room or leave the house;
use the fans indoors only.
Thank you for helping us care for both the house and the environment.

Security
For everyone's safety, the property is equipped with security cameras outside the house only. There are no cameras inside the property.
Whenever you leave the house, please ensure all doors and windows are properly closed. This is also a requirement of our home insurance.

Garage
Having a private garage in Salobreña's historic centre is quite rare. Please note that the old town has very narrow streets. The garage is suitable for vehicles approximately the size of an Opel Corsa, Citroën C3 or similar. Larger car? Park your car directly in front of our garage. Larger vehicles may have difficulty accessing the streets and will not fit inside the garage but you can still park in front of the garage.

Staying Longer Than One Week?
For stays of more than seven nights, we provide a complimentary light cleaning service, including fresh bed linen and a quick refresh of the house.

Before You Leave
Check-out is before 11:00 a.m.
Before departure, we kindly ask you to:
- Empty all rubbish bins and dispose of your waste.
- Leave the refrigerator empty.
- `put away all dishes in the dishwasher and turn it on.
- Close all windows and lock all doors.
- Return the keys as agreed.

If the house is left in an unusually dirty condition or these basic check-out requests are not followed, additional cleaning charges may apply.
