🔑 Key Fob Policy
Only one key fob is issued per unit. Please keep it with you at all times. A $350 replacement fee applies if it is lost or not returned.

🚭 No Smoking
This is a 100% smoke-free apartment. A $300 penalty applies for any smoking inside the unit, including the patio.

👥 Registered Guests Only
For your safety and building rules, only guests listed in the reservation are allowed inside the apartment.
