The second floor features two stunning bedrooms, each with large windows overlooking Lake Erie, so you can wake up to breathtaking views every morning. These bedrooms share a full bathroom, offering both comfort and convenience. Laundry facilities are also located on this floor, adding an extra level of ease to your stay.

The main floor features a cozy bedroom, perfect for those who prefer staying closer to the ground floor. A 2-piece washroom on the main level ensures guests have easy access to facilities without needing to head upstairs.

The open-concept living space blends modern luxury with rustic charm, highlighted by reclaimed wood accents—including teak from the owner’s old sailboat—which lend the space a warm, inviting atmosphere. Our rental agreement ensures that both parties are aware of and agree to the terms of the rental. By signing the agreement, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the rules and guidelines for your stay. This helps to create a smooth and enjoyable experience for all involved.

In addition to the rental agreement, we require a $350 offline security deposit hold. A link will be sent to you.

To make your check-in process easier, we have an online check-in form and ask for a copy of your valid photo ID. This will need to be completed in order for your door access code to be generated.
