type of building: Detached house. size of property: 400m².The holiday home "Ankerplatz" is located directly in the former fishing village of Börgerende and is easily accessible due to its good connections. You only need about 20 minutes from the A20 motorway.
The thatched cottage is situated on a 400m² plot and is surrounded by a private garden with lots of greenery. The parking spaces are located at the front. At the back there is a terrace with garden furniture and a beach chair. The terrace is surrounded by hedges and is difficult to see into without feeling cramped. There is also an awning for sun protection. You can park your bicycles in the covered parking space directly on the property.
Tradition meets modernity - The classic thatched Finnhütte was renovated in 2017 and has modern furnishings. On an area of approx. 55m² on 2 floors you will find a spacious living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and upstairs two bedrooms with a double bed (1.80m) and a single bed (0.90m). In the light-flooded living area, the lounge sofa invites you to relax with music, a book or TV. The dining area with its solid wood furniture is ideal not only for dining, but also for cosy get-togethers, e.g. for games evenings. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary electrical appliances (induction hob, oven with microwave, dishwasher, fridge, kettle, coffee machine and toaster). On the upper floor you sleep directly under the thatched roof in a solid wood double bed. In the second bedroom there is a single bed including seating and a small table. There are plenty of shelves and storage facilities, e.g. for clothes, on both floors. The Ankerplatz holiday home is equipped with a flat-screen TV (satellite) and music system (SONOS). WLAN is also available. Everything is also available for autumn, the turn of the year or winter, so that you can make yourself comfortable after a long walk or the fireworks on the beach, for example.
The distance to the beach is approx. 1.5 km. The town centre with shopping facilities, restaurants and tourist information is approx. 800m - 1.5km away. Due to the good connection to hiking and cycling trails, the surrounding area can be explored very well on foot or by bike. Possible destinations are Heiligendamm, Bad Doberan with its cathedral or the ghost forest and the Baltic seaside resort of Nienhagen. The paths often lead directly along the water, on the dyke or along the cliffs. Pure nature. Excursion destinations in the surrounding area are Warnemünde (approx. 25 min), Rostock (approx. 25 min), Wismar (approx. 45 min), Stralsund (approx. 1h 20 min) or the island of Rügen. Even in the cold season, the "Ankerplatz" and its surroundings are very idyllic - enjoy autumn, the turn of the year or even winter from its most beautiful side.
