Please be kind and considerate of our neighbors and keep noise level low especially after hours. No parties/no events allowed. No loud noise. No pets. No smoking. Any odors, smoking, or smells caused by guests' activities will incur $1000 additional fine. Please do not move the furniture. Please no outdoor shoes inside. Bring your indoor shoes so you are comfortable. Please let us know if there is a stain so we can take care of it right away.
