An amazing family home located within walking distance to the beautiful Werri Beach and the gorgeous coastal town of Gerringong on the NSW south coast. Ideal for children and infants.
Offering 4 bedrooms (3 doubles and a children's room) and 2.5 bathrooms, the house offers a spacious, peaceful home for whilst visiting Gerringong.

This is the ideal property for a family holiday on the beautiful south coast (2 hrs from Sydney).
On the cusp of Werri Beach, a flat walk to the beach and short walk into Gerringong town. A very spacious property, comfortable for 6 adult guests.
A separate dining room is perfect to host family dinners.
The separate playroom is delightful. Set up for children aged from 0-10 yrs, this room is entertainment for hours.
A large kitchen with every amenity you could possibly imagine from a coffee machine to breadmaker to Nutri bullet, this kitchen allows for meals to be prepared quickly and leads to the entertaining garden.
The garden is an entertainer for children, with an extra large trampoline for them to bounce aways hours!
An outdoor seating area and Weber gas BBQ means outside dining can be enjoyed!
A utility room houses a brand new Bosch washing machine and a dryer.
Upstairs offers a media room area with large screen and seating to enjoy the latest films and relax.

Walking to the local coffee shop, IGA and local brewery is all possible.
The iconic coastal walk commences at the north end of Werri beach, this offers an amazing walk to Kiama or Minnamurra. You are likely to see dolphins, rare birds, even seals on occasion. From the coastal walk if you are game, you can access beautiful swimming holes.
