Your apartment is a few freeway miles from the city, yet the nature surrounding you and the nearby parks allow for peace.

Relax on the private deck of your apartment daydreaming of a hike or birdwatch with a glass of wine. Practice yoga on the deck. Cozy up by the fireplace and watch AppleTV.

Please note: this is about 10 minutes to artsy SE Portland, 20 from downtown Portland and PDX, and up a steep hill

We usually tend to keep to ourselves, but are glad to meet you and chat about local fun.

This quiet neighborhood on a windy hill is often used by fitness boot camps who run the 500+ stairs. It is quite steep and few cars come by.

On a lucky day you might see a bike climbing race or long boarders honing their skills.

The neighbors are used to quiet evenings and we'd ask you help us honor that.

We recommend having a car at your disposal. The airport is about a 20 minute drive and Uber or Lyft from PDX run about $30. The light rail (MAX) is about 2 miles away, but those miles make for a steep climb. Uber prices from the MAX station vary but run around $10.

The Apple TV is set up for you. Enter your account info for Netflix, Hulu and such so you can stream your usual shows. We have no broadcast channels.
