Guests will have access to the entire 2700 sq ft house and yard. The master closet will be locked as it is stocked with supplies as will the garage. Otherwise, everything else is accessible. This is a fully compliant, permitted short-term rental. Approved by the City of Portland.

Located in the Foster-Powell neighborhood. Quiet, yet many local bars, restaurants and food carts within walking distance. Grocery store 0.7 miles away. Everything you could need within a short distance. Trader Joe’s about 1.5 miles away.

The house is directly opposite a neighborhood park with basketball court and playground.

Also, not far from Woodstock neighborhood with New Seasons, Safeway.

Bus lines very close to get you downtown easily. Max light rail also not far - about 1 mile.

This is a fully permitted rental. Portland requires a LU permit for 3 bedrooms or more. Many others are not permitted and guests risk being cancelled if the city finds out.

Th permits requires I get all guests names, an address and license plate number for all guests.
