ACCESS: Check‑in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. Early check‑ins and late checkouts are not available during busy seasons or on same‑day turnovers. The property offers easy self check‑in with an electronic smart‑lock keypad. Your unique door code will be sent at least 48 hours before arrival.
RULES
✔ An adult of at least 18 years old must supervise all kids around the pool, bay and ocean.
✔ No fireworks, candles or discharging of firearms allowed.
✔ No more than the max number of guests allowed at the property based on the reservation.
✔ Avoid the use of hair dyes, hair coloring and other products that could stain linens.
✔ If the property is left excessively dirty it could require an additional cleaning fee.
✔ Please respect the community noise ordinance from 10 PM to 10 AM.
✔ We kindly ask you to treat our property as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.
NO SMOKING OR OPEN FLAMES: Rental is a designated smoke-free and fire-free environment. Guest acknowledges that no “smoking” includes but is not limited to tobacco, the use of vape pens and marijuana and “use of fire” includes lighting of candles, incense or sage. There will be a $500 charge if this rule is not followed.
PETS: The Condominium Association has a STRICT "No Pets" policy. This applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA. Only ADA-compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law.
RECOMMENDATIONS: We encourage all guests to purchase rental insurance should something unexpected come up and impact your stay. We must follow our refund policy.
SECURITY CAMERAS: Renters acknowledge and accept that the property is monitored by outdoor security cameras to protect the property.
NOTICE: All guests at the property agree to hold the property owner, hosts, and all contractors harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from or related to the use of the property. This includes, but is not limited to, any injuries, accidents, or losses that may occur on the property. Renters acknowledge that they are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their guests while on the premises. The property owner, hosts, and contractors shall not be held liable for any incidents or damages resulting from the use of the property, its amenities, or the surrounding area.
WILDLIFE & NATURE: We are located in a unique coastal environment nestled between the Gulf of Mexico and Little Lagoon, guests should be aware that native flora and fauna are part of the local landscape. This may include sightings of sea birds, lizards, squirrels, rabbits, deer, and occasionally foxes or coyotes. Given our proximity to the brackish waters of the lagoon and nearby nature preserves, other wildlife-such as snakes, alligators, or various insects (including ants, bees, or seasonal beetles)-may be present in the area.
Despite our strict cleaning and pest control regimen, nature occasionally makes its presence known. We cannot guarantee a completely wildlife-free environment in this maritime setting, and we appreciate your understanding as you enjoy the natural beauty of the Alabama coast!
