Beach Please! - North Topsail Beach

Don & I would like to welcome you to visit beautiful North Topsail Island -

We have a 2bedroom/2 bath 2nd floor ocean view unit available in Topsail Reef Condominiums.

This fully stocked unit has two king sized beds as well as two ultra thick futons so it could easily sleep up to 8 adults.

Pack the cooler we provide, grab the beach chairs and umbrella from our closet and walk down the steps onto the soft sand to dip your toes into the beautiful waves on the beach.

This North End Retreat is less crowded which gives you plenty of room to spread out. We even have a blue tooth enabled radio to stream your favorite beach music.

At the end of the day take a five minute walk to the Tiki Bar at North End Market for corn hole, sand volleyball, great drinks, live music and great people! Some Friday nights there is a food truck. The North End Market attached has some essentials with a new indoor bar and entertainment.

Take a short 15 minute drive to the touristy part of this beautiful area for dining, mini golf, turtle sanctuary, skating. Surf lessons, bowling, beautiful play grounds for the kids, more live music venues and shopping.

Bring your clothes and food (Food Lion and Publix nearby)and we provide the rest!

Due to HOA restrictions no pets. Service animals always welcome!

*PLEASE NOTE* due to severe storms and erosion this property has sand bags (do NOT climb on them, you will be fined by local officials) there is a beach replenishment project in the works. Please note that during high tide you will need to walk down to public beach access or drive south on the island to public beach access for sand.

During King Tide (see chart provided in pictures) there will be no beach to at this property, it will be water to the steps and dangerous swimming conditions.

At all times swim at your own risk as there are no lifeguards.
