We are NOW PET FRIENDLY!!!

Our home is on pilings, you will need to walk up one flight of stairs. The rest of the home is on one level. Open living area, dining area, sitting area and kitchen are all accessible to guests. Guests are welcome to use all kitchen appliances, as well as the drip coffee or the Keurig single-use coffee maker with complimentary K-cup coffee pods.

Linens are provided.  All bedding are changed out and washed thoroughly between each rental.  That includes shams, quilts, and sheets!  The beds will be made for your arrival!

Netflix/Hulu/Amazon apps available for guest using their own account (just sign out after!)

Access to front deck with obstructed ocean views!

Outdoor living:

Carport: Great conversational area, stay cool in the high Summer temps.

Outdoor Shower: wash the sand off after a day at the beach.

Things our guests love: freedom from the conventional Saturday to Saturday stay. Check in on any day. Tranquil/quiet home and neighborhood; minutes from the beach; quiet beach- best kept secret on Topsail Island; a place to connect and make fun memories with their family.

Things our guests may not love: first, they have to go home!! The proximity to restaurants and grocery store (15 minutes away). Although there is a cute little tiki bar/convenience store for essentials beyond what we already provide. Yet, if you are looking for a place to unwind and connect with friends/family, Seas the Soul is it!

Please note, we charge a fee for early or late check in requests!

This is a sound/near water property in the south and therefore subject to the possibility of the occasional water bug and the like. We take every step to mitigate that by regular pest control, deep cleanings in between each guest, and host inspection. Despite our best intention, they manage to sneak in and they will in any property of the like and for that we offer our sincerest apology in advance. If you are extremely sensitive to this, you may not want to book here.
