The condo and the entire building are owned by a local family, making it a private and exclusive property. The owners have meticulously planned and considered every detail to ensure a comfortable stay. Instead of opting for a crowded high-rise complex with strangers, why not choose a tranquil and serene space that facilitates relaxation.

A quiet place in the heart of Myrtle Beach, just 3 minutes from the beach and just off The Pavilion. It’s the closest property to the Myrtle Beach Convention Center (just an 8 minute walk)! Enjoy easy access to everything you need - beach, shops, food, mini golf and much more.
The location is within walking distance to everything you need and having a designated parking space also makes it easy to bring your car! It's less than 15 minutes from the Myrtle Beach Airport.
You will have full access to your condo as well as one designated parking space on property!
This unit is on the second floor, which is up two flights of stairs and a total of 16 steps. Please note, there is no elevator.
Pet Info:
Stay Policy: If you bring a pet please indicate on your reservation. There is a one time $100 pet fee per stay.
Beach Policy: Myrtle Beach allows dogs on the beach May 1 - Labor Day before 10am and after 5pm. Beginning the day after Labor Day, dogs are welcome on the beach anytime!
Dog parks close by: New Town Park (6 minutes) and Myrtle Beach Barc Parc North (10 minutes).
**Any sign of a pet that has not previously been disclosed and paid for on the reservation will incur a fee in addition to the standard pet fee**
✅ This property has requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1,000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $42 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
