• BBQ: Charcoal Grill provided - pls bring charcoal.
• Parking: Free driveway parking.
• Pool & Spa: Unwind in your private screened lanai. The pool features a built-in spa area for relaxation - not a standalone hot tub and it using the same water as the pool.
• Pool Heat: Optional ($59/day). Recommended Oct–April. Requires 48hr notice.

❄️ A Note on Pool Heat:
We want you to enjoy the pool! Please note our heater works best when the air is 60°F+. If temperatures drop below 50°F, the system will pause to protect the equipment. We recommend checking the forecast, as we cannot offer refunds if Florida’s weather gets too cold for the heater to keep up.

Other things to note
🐶Pet Policy: We are a pet-friendly home! The fee is $150 for up to 2 pets, and $100 for a 3rd pet. Please be kind and keep all pets off the furniture and beds.

Pool cleaning is scheduled every Monday. The pool will be temporarily unavailable during service.
