5. Kathy Downstairs (In-Use) - Lafayette

This unit is a relaxing refuge away from the hustle and bustle but close to town.

This is a downstairs unit with 1 bedroom, plus a living room with kitchenette, TV, and sofa bed, and 1 bathroom *The entrance is from backyard, accessed from left side gate of the house*

Backyard is spacious with lawn, playground, trampoline, grill and seating areas. Gate in backyard opens straight onto famous Coal Creek Trail.

This space is part of a shared property. The owner, Kathy, lives on site. Expect another group of guests upstairs during your stay—we do have quiet hours, but you may occasionally hear some noise.

You have exclusive access to the bottom level of the house during your stay. The backyard, however, is a shared space which may be occupied at any given time by upstairs guests.

The owner, Kathy, lives on site and is available to help if needed.

This home is located in a quiet, family-oriented neighborhood near an elementary school and a high school, about 30 minutes East of Downtown Boulder and about 45 minutes Northwest of Downtown Denver. A small park, Cottonwood Park, is close to the property. Coal Creek Trail may be directly accessed via a gate in the backyard.

Please be aware that the entrance to this space is accessed from the backyard (accessed from the side gate, to left of garage).

Be aware that this property is shared with the owner and upstairs guests, although each occupied part of the property is strictly separated. This may result in noise.

Please make sure to sign the trampoline waiver before using it.

We do our best to maintain the property, but we cannot totally control natural seasonal elements in the backyard, e.g. leaves in the fall and snow/ice in the winter.
