I'm Lebanese-American, grew up in Boulder, Colorado and have lived in London, Beirut and Cairo before coming to California. My husband, John, is Egyptian. I have a background in actor-created physical theatre and I taught Rhetoric and Composition for several years at universities. John was a journalist for a decade in the Middle East. At the moment we are dabbling in various types of writing and we run a non-profit organization that teaches creativity programs for children and Syrian refugees in particular. We have three small children.

House Rules

You must be 21+ to book. Check-in is 3pm and checkout is at 11am, but if you want to come early or stay late, you can leave your things with the concierge and use the resort any time on the day you check-in or check-out. Valet parking is free at the Signature for one car (please tip the valet). Any other cars may be parked in the MGM lot for $15/day. On check-in, you will be asked to pay a refundable deposit to MGM for incidentals of $100/night up to $300 (debit card or they can put a hold on your credit card, cash is not accepted).No smokingNo petsNo parties or eventsCheck-in is anytime after 3:00 PM

This is a privately owned suite and is not operated by MGM. Everything in the studio is my personal property, so please DO NOT take anything (spoons, forks, towels, sheets, coffee maker, pens, etc).

Booking directly through the owner means you are NOT paying for EXTRA services you would pay for if you book a room through MGM resorts. Here are some of the extra fees you DO NOT have to pay:

• $10-15 Balcony
• $15 Strip View
• $35-40 Resort access

No frills/housekeeping - Cleaning is only done before and after check-out, so you only have to pay a cleaning fee once. The longer you stay, the more you save. Optional additional cleaning services are available for a fee.

On check-in, you will be asked to pay a refundable deposit to MGM for incidentals of $100/night up to $300 (or they can put a hold on your credit card).
