Guests have access to entire house with exception of one master king room & bathroom on the first floor (locked). There is another King Suite with private bathroom on the first floor along with a half bath and another half bath that you can access directly from outside pool area. On second level you have 2 Queen bedrooms with their own private bath and the other 2 bedrooms that are 2 bunks and 2 twins share a hawllway full bath.

Grill - $70 to use during your stay

Please return beach chairs, high chair, and any amenities in the closet for the next guest. Anything that is not returned, a fee will be charged to for cost to replace.

Pool- there is NO life guard and swimming at your own risk. Please ensure children are supervised at all times. Pool guy will be by weekly beteeen Thursday-Sunday to clean pool. He will make his way to the back and will not need access to the house.

Maintenance and property manager may walk the yard to clean, pick up trash around landscaping and ensure safety. They will not need access to the house. In the event they do, you will be notified.

Please ensure all remotes and games are returned back in appropriate room. Please keep AC temp no lower than 70 or will freeze unit.

Security cameras - we have cameras around parameter of house and they record! All pictures of cleaned house, rooms and closets and grill are uploaded prior to check in to ensure tracking and training purposes.

NO PETS! If you have a service SMALL animal, there will be a $500 Refundable deposit should there be no damage, will be refunded within 24 hours post check out. There will be $225 additional deep cleaning fee and will be collected at time of booking. Must disclose service animal at time of booking and will be at host discretion.

No Pets allowed and there is surveillance around parameter of the house. If we see a pet on property without disclosing, you will be reported and escorted out with no refund.
