The apartment is in a 4 unit apartment building on the 2nd floor. Access is in the back of the building. You will walk up exterior stairs to get to front door. There is a photo of the stairs in the photo section. There are neighbors on either side of the unit, but not above. There is 1 open room with living room, kitchen and dining, a separate private bedroom and full bathroom. There is a sliding door in the living room that accesses a patio which also has a spiral staircase that goes up to the private rooftop deck. The deck now has a dining table with 6 chairs, a patio lounge set, and umbrella. It's a great place to watch or sleep under the stars. The neighbors have their own rooftop deck and it is separated by a 6 foot wall.

You will have 1 private parking space off of the alley behind the house , but there is also street parking next to the building. The back yard is not for AirBnB use. Guests will have the entire 1 bed 1 bath apartment with private rooftop deck.

My co-host, James, lives in Carbondale and can help with anything that is needed.

Downtown Carbondale 1 block from Main St. with restaurants, shopping, yoga, and nightlife. Walk to the Rio Grande bike/hiking trail. 6 blocks to bus stop.

You can walk to almost everything. There is a bus stop on Main St across from the post office about 6 blocks away that will take you towards Glenwood or Aspen. Parking is easy. There is 1 private parking space on property and free street parking next to the building.

There are other long term tenants in the building. Everyone should be respectful of noise levels. They are friendly. Say hi :)
