Step into the great room and take in the 20-foot ceilings and a window wall overlooking the northern valley. Gather around the dining table for 8 or step out to the oversized deck to look up at the stars. A lucky few just might see the northern lights!

The chef’s kitchen features quartz counters, a large island, and all-new stainless appliances. The coffee bar includes a Nespresso machine, traditional pot brew, and pour-over setup, plus everything you need for that perfect latte on the covered porch.

The primary suite offers a king bed and spa-style ensuite with soaking tub, dual shower heads, and double vanity, and covered porch.

The entire home is accessible to guests with the exception of:

-Locked owner's closet
-Loft area accessible only by locked ladder

During winter months, our private mountain road and driveway are only plowed above 3" (typical for New Hampshire.) 4WD/AWD may be required for access.

Due to large interior stairways and sloped exterior property, property may not be perfectly suitable for children under 5.

Although the property is 3 minutes to town driving by road, it is a rural, wooded, mountainside location. Wildlife sightings may occur including rabbit, raccoon, fox, coyote, and/or bear. Please refrain from leaving any food items outdoors unattended.
