🚧 Construction Notice:The resort’s A/C replacement project is scheduled to begin in January 2026.If your selected dates are available, your unit will have working central A/C.Guests may hear intermittent weekday noise from nearby units (8 AM–5 PM). No weekend work is planned unless delays occur.
Repairs to the hot tubs are scheduled to begin on Monday, February 23, 2026. To safely complete this work, the hot tubs and wading pool will be temporarily closed, and the surrounding area will be secured with safety barriers.The Hokulani pool is expected to remain open, with minor adjustments made to reduce water splashing into the work zone. As part of site preparation, the Hokulani pool water level will be lowered by approximately 3-4 inches to help maintain a safe working environment while still allowing pool use.Repairs are anticipated to take approximately three weeks, with an expected completion around March 16, 2026. Actual timing may vary depending on site conditions such as the weather.Once repair work is completed at the hot tubs, it will be refilled, water chemistry will be balanced, and the hot tub will be reopened for use.

🦎🐓PEST CONTROL AND ROOSTERS:Due to Maui’s rural location, you may experience the occasional rooster or harmless gecko,&nbsp; they’re friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaiʻi. Please don’t harm them.&nbsp;The HOA performs regular pest control, but some insects and lizards are part of island life. Our units are meticulously cleaned and inspected.&nbsp;If you experience more than normal pest activity, we’ll work with the HOA to help. These occurrences do not constitute a refund or rental adjustment.
☀️CLIMATE: Hawaii is located in a tropical climate, and insects, rodents, and lizards flourish in this environment. If our guest spot more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Our units are meticulously cleaned and inspected. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.
