🏝 Zoning Notice: This property is Hotel Zoned and NOT in danger of the possible upcoming short-term rental ban.🌬 Cooling Notice: Bedroom does not have A/C. The main living area features a window A/C and ceiling fans throughout for airflow.

🦎🐓PEST CONTROL AND ROOSTERS: Due to Maui’s rural location, you may encounter roosters or harmless geckos — they’re friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck. Please don’t harm them.&nbsp;The HOA performs regular pest control, but insects and lizards are part of island life.&nbsp;Our units are meticulously cleaned and inspected. If you notice excess pest activity, we’ll coordinate with the HOA to help.
