🚧 CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: Surrounding buildings may have ongoing plumbing and roof improvement work. Activity occurs Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM, but no resort amenities (pool, elevators, etc.) are affected.
<h3>MAUI ENVIRONMENT</h3>
🦎🐓PEST CONTROL AND ROOSTERS: Due to Maui’s rural location, you may encounter roosters or harmless geckos — they’re friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck. Please don’t harm them.&nbsp;The HOA performs regular pest control, but insects and lizards are part of island life.&nbsp;Our units are meticulously cleaned and inspected. If you notice excess pest activity, we’ll coordinate with the HOA to help.
