Edwardian Miner’s Bungalow - Colorado Springs

Come have a nice summer escape at the upper level apartment on west Bijou Street. This is a historic home that has been subdivided into a duplex. The area has many Victorian and Era features with a free museum, log cabin and farmers market at Bancroft park. Great biking is everywhere with breweries often hosting bike events or if travel is your destination, I25 is blocks away as well as the main downtown with large organizations like the Olympic headquarters. If nature is your passion, we are right near the Garden of the Gods as well as the manitou incline. There’s just so much to do around here. Street parking is generally easy except during holiday times so keep that in mind. The house is very comfortable though small at 600 sq feet it still has an excellent office space to work and watch passersby as well as outdoor areas to relax and vacation in a vibrant neighborhood close to just about everything. Another guest or myself might be downstairs so don’t be alarmed if you see humans or dogs in the yard. The units are separate but please keep volumes low as it travels the the ductwork.
