Other things to note
Our serene Fort Lauderdale location offers a peaceful, low-key atmosphere, with quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am. Please note that parties and excessive noise are strictly prohibited, and violations may result in fines and removal without refund.

To ensure top quality, please refrain from placing metal furniture in the pool to prevent rust. Guests will be held accountable for any damages.

Victoria Park Charm: Immerse yourself in the serene allure of Victoria Park, blending timeless tranquility with modern connectivity. We've upgraded to high-speed WiFi, ensuring you stay connected, even when cell service is intermittent.

Pool Heating: Take advantage of our pool and year-round with optional heating for just $25/day (we do not charge for spa heating). Please note: During especially cold and/or windy days/nights under 70 degrees the pool/spa will probably not be able to heat to normal capacity.

Note: During colder periods, the spa may require 45-60 minutes to reach optimal temperature. On cold days/nights below 70 the spa will not be able to reach full heating temps

Flexible Arrivals and Departures: We value smooth travel and aim to accommodate early check-ins and late check-outs if possible

Pet-Friendly Haven: You're welcome to bring up one small dog (under 20 lbs) for a $150 fee. Let your pet enjoy the escape as much as you do!

* A couple important things to note: *
-because we have beautiful foliage/trees in our back patio area they do drop leaves especially if it’s very windy/rainy. We blow the leaves prior to guest arrival but are not able to maintain daily during a guest stay. We do have a leaf blower available and can provide a daily blowing/cleaning at an additional cost if requested

-2x per month we do have a lawn service that cuts the grass and does tree clean up/trimming. We will do our absolute best to let you know when and what time they will be arriving!
