The studio also features a vanity nook, warm ambient lighting, modern finishes, a bathroom with a massage shower head, and a 4K UHD Roku TV with Prime Video and Netflix.

Outside is the reason guests book: a fully fenced private yard with mountain views, a hammock for slow mornings, and your own private hot tub under soft string lights. It is secluded, pet-friendly, cannabis-friendly outdoors, and made for evening soaks, birthday trips, anniversary weekends, and intimate nights away.

Cannabis is welcome outside only in the private fenced yard. Please keep all smoking, vaping, and dabbing outdoors, keep doors and windows closed, and dispose of ashes and packaging safely.

Indoor smoke, lingering cannabis odor, ash, residue, burns, or hot tub contamination are not covered by the cleaning fee and will result in additional cleaning, deodorizing, or replacement charges. Minimum remediation fee: $150.

The studio sits along West Colorado Avenue, one of the historic corridors that connects downtown Colorado Springs to Old Colorado City. This area blends classic charm with modern energy. Coffee shops, breweries, galleries, and locally loved restaurants line the avenue, making it easy to step out the door and sink into the neighborhood’s culture. Old Colorado City, just minutes away, offers tree lined streets, artisan shops, weekend markets, and a slower historic pace, while downtown delivers lively bars, small boutiques, and walkable nightlife. Outdoor lovers will appreciate how close the studio is to the Midland Trail, Garden of the Gods, and several beautiful parks. It is a convenient, lived in part of the city where everything you need is close by and exploration happens on foot.

Guests have one dedicated parking space directly behind the property, accessed through the alley and marked for the studio. From the home, many restaurants, cafes, and shops are walkable along West Colorado Avenue and into Old Colorado City. Downtown Colorado Springs is a short drive away, and rideshare services are easy to access for evenings out. The Midland Trail is close by for walking or cycling, and major attractions like Garden of the Gods and Red Rock Canyon are only minutes away by car.

This studio is part of a historic property, and light daytime exterior work may occasionally be taking place around the main home. The studio itself is fully finished, quiet, private, and guest-ready.

The private yard and hot tub are reserved exclusively for your stay.

PET POLICY
We welcome well-behaved, housebroken dogs with advance notice. The pet fee is $50 per dog. Additional pets must be approved before arrival.

PUPPIES ARE NOT PERMITTED

Pets may not be left unattended inside the studio or outdoors. Please pick up after your pet and help us keep the yard clean for future guests.

Pet blankets are provided and must be used on all indoor and outdoor furniture to protect linens, upholstery, and cushions.

Pet urine is considered damage, not standard pet cleanup. Any pet urine, feces, odor, staining, or related contamination found inside the studio, on furniture, on linens, in the hot tub area, or in the yard will result in additional cleaning, deodorizing, remediation, or replacement charges—minimum fee: $250. Severe contamination, stained linens/upholstery, rug/floor treatment, hot tub contamination, or repeated waste cleanup will be charged at actual documented cost.
