Black Bear Falls Resort offers access to a community pool seasonally with a pool pass, open from Memorial Day to Labor Day, depending on the weather and resort management's discretion. The pool is just a short drive away, with parking available in front of the pool area.

Black Bear Falls Resort offers the perfect balance of serenity and convenience. This beautiful log home community is tucked away from the downtown crowds, yet remains close to the area’s top attractions and areas such as Pigeon Forge, Dollywood, Dollywood Splash Country, and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Like many resorts in the area, cabins are generally located near one another, however our cabin is uniquely situated on a quiet dead-end road for enhanced privacy. Because we are nestled in the mountains, you’ll enjoy a peaceful environment where the only occasional sounds are those of nature and distant neighbors. Once inside, the cabin’s thoughtful design ensures a sense of complete, secluded tranquility.

The cabin is easily accessible by paved roads the whole way. Some roads may be steep and windy as it is the Smoky Mountains. The driveway to the cabin is on a incline, and may be a challenge for some drivers. You can easily locate the cabin's address using GPS, and at night, cabin numbers will reflect as you drive through the resort making the cabin easy to find.

During winter months, it's recommended to use a four-wheel drive vehicle (4WD), and snow chains as an extra safety measure.

• Self check-in is with a smart lock. You will receive your unique code 3 days prior to check-in or sooner depending on your check-in date.

• This cabin sleeps 6 guests maximum.

• There is parking on the driveway for 2 vehicles.

• We welcome children, but please note that our space is not child-proof, so supervision is necessary to ensure their safety.

• We decorate for the fall and Christmas holiday season, adding a festive touch to your stay!

• The cabin is nestled in the woods of the Smoky Mountains, you may see and hear critters even at night. Also, the roof is metal and there is no attic so if it rains you will hear it. If a squirrel or other critter crawls on the roof you will hear it. We have the cabin regularly treated by a professional pest control company to ensure we are as proactive as possible.


• There are two exterior floodlight security cameras — one overlooking the entryway and one overlooking the driveway. The floodlights offer excellent illumination for your convenience when arriving or leaving at night.

An ADT security system is installed in the kitchen, and the camera is disabled. Upon request, you may use the security system during your stay.
