THE SPACE
This beachy 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo sleeps up to 5 guests with a king bed, queen pullout sofa and twin air mattress.

As a first-floor end unit, you'll enjoy extra privacy and easy access with only a few steps (five total steps).

Spend your mornings with coffee watching the sunrise from the beach or the private patio, an afternoon cooling off in the outdoor pool (open seasonally), and evenings watching the sunset over the bay.

Rinse off sand in the outdoor shower before heading in for the night after a day at the beach.

We want your stay to be comfortable and hassle-free, so we provide:

• Linens and towels for all sleeping arrangements (king bed, queen pullout sofa and twin air mattress). Please note: It is a tight fit when using both the sofa bed and air mattress.

• A dresser and chest, which holds the self-inflating twin air mattress and sheets

Cleanliness is our top priority! Even the bedspread is washed between guests. All mattresses and pillows are sealed with protective covers.

We provide:

You have access to a medicine cabinet and vanity to put your own toiletries.

LIVING ROOM
Relax and eat in the beachy-styled living area, which includes a pull-out sleeper sofa and entertainment for rainy days or relaxing nights in. The provided self-inflating twin air mattress can also be set up in the living room.

Enjoy the low-tech entertainment—board games, playing cards, books and puzzles—or stream your favorite shows and movies with the Roku Smart TV with WiFi.

Grab a beach towel from the entertainment center before you head to the beach.

Access is provided via a keypad and unique code for each booking. This code will be provided to you within 24 hours of check-in along with other helpful information.

ACCESSIBILITY
There is a handicap parking space in front of the unit.

The unit is on the first floor with a total of 5 steps.

POLICIES
Must provide ID and sign lodging agreement with full house rules and policies to confirm booking.

No parties.

Booking guest must be at least age 25 years and stay for the duration of the trip.
