The Space

This stylish home is designed for making memories. Gather in the spacious living room and get cozy by the wood-burning stone fireplace, or prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with a large granite island, modern appliances including an induction stove, and everything you need for a great meal.

The fun never stops with multiple game areas! Challenge friends in the garage game room with a round of pool and retro arcade games, or head to the upstairs loft for foosball, a sofa bed, and a collection of board games. For those needing to stay connected, a dedicated workspace is available in the office.

Your private outdoor oasis features a fully fenced backyard with a beautiful lagoon-style natural pond (not for swimming) and a bubbling hot tub with a peaceful garden view. In the evening, fire up the BBQ grill for an alfresco dinner, then gather around the firepit under the stars.

Just steps from the Canyon Lake boat ramp, you'll enjoy sweeping lake views and easy water access right from the neighborhood. Take in the beautiful Hill Country scenery, with Canyon Lake visible through the trees—a peaceful lakeside setting that's hard to beat.

Important Information

For your security, the property has exterior-only cameras monitoring the driveway and entrances. No cameras are located inside the home.

We also provide family-friendly touches including a pack 'n play and a high chair. Pets are welcome!

Entire space is included in this rental. Please, make yourself at home.

While the area offers a peaceful and idyllic setting, it requires a car to get around, as it is not well-served by public transportation. The roads are generally quiet and easy to navigate, with plenty of parking available.

Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. There is no street parking available, so please park in the driveway. We also have a strict no events policy.
