All bedrooms showcase brand-new bathrooms with beautifully tiled walk-in showers and modern fixtures, creating fresh, spacious, resort-style retreats—ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach.

Rental Agreement & Important Details
• Rental Agreement: After booking, you will receive an email with a Point of Contact (POC) form and a short rental agreement to e-sign. This agreement is for liability purposes only.
• Security Deposit: There is a $250 security deposit HOLD (not a charge) placed on your credit card on file 3 days before you arrive. It's auto released 3 days after you depart!
• Location:E 15th Cottages, Gulf Shores
• Check-Out: 10 AM
• Max Occupancy: 12 guests
• Pets: 2 max with prior approval and payment of $200 pet fee/dog
• House Rules: No smoking or vaping on the property; Parties/Events: Strictly prohibited. Please keep noise to a minimum after 11 PM
• Parking: Space for 4 cars including covered spots
• Cleaning: Fresh linens, towels, and starter essentials provided
