There is a pull out sofa bed in the living room, however I wouldn’t recommend it for adult or long-term use.

Large Smart TV in bedroom with en-suite.
55” Smart TV in common area with local cable.
Large porch and backyard patio with propane BBQ grill.
Lighted pathways around house.
1/2 mile walk on sidewalk to downtown along the river.
Downtown area also has drop/pick-up and go electric Spin scooter rentals available.

Guests have access to entire property except the shed.

Please…
Turn off lights, TV’s, and lock doors before leaving the house at any time.
The neighborhood has sidewalks and Dean Park is a really cute area to explore.
No smoking inside the home.
No burning candles or incense.
There is a wedding venue nearby, music may be heard. Ordinance shuts it down by 10PM.
Pets are not allowed at this time.
