A comfortable space to recharge. The sofa converts into a full-size double bed for additional sleeping, and the 50-inch TV is ready for movie nights and casual downtime. Warm, modern styling with natural accents makes it feel welcoming and relaxed.

Dining area

A simple, cozy spot to share meals and conversation. The table seats four and works beautifully for morning coffee, takeout dinners, or a slow meal at home.

Kitchen

Fully stocked with modern appliances, plenty of counter space, and quality cookware so you can cook with ease. The island includes two bar seats and is great for quick breakfasts, snacks, or keeping company while you cook.

Bedroom (ocean view)

The bedroom offers a king-size bed with soft linens and plush pillows for restful nights. There’s also a dedicated work area, a walk-in closet, and a 43-inch TV. Step onto your private balcony for fresh air and natural light. The bathroom is located right beside the bedroom for added convenience.

A clean, modern bathroom with a roomy glass-enclosed shower. Fresh towels, shampoo, and conditioner are provided for your stay.

A favorite nearby experience is the Hollywood Beach Broadwalk, a brick-paved oceanfront promenade that runs nearly 2.5 miles and is popular for strolling, biking, and people-watching, with plenty of casual spots along the way. Guest policy

The condo is set up for up to 3 guests and includes the essentials for a short stay. Shops and supermarkets are nearby if you need anything extra. Resort wristbands must be worn when using amenities. Parties and unregistered guests are not permitted.

Check-in method

Check in at the front desk with the hotel receptionist. Three days before arrival, you’ll receive detailed instructions on accessing the property.

Additional fees charged at check-in

These are paid directly to the resort at check-in:

Security deposit: $250 (refunded after check-out; bank processing may take up to 7 days)

Resort fee: $40 + tax per night (all guests)

Credit card and ID must match the reservation or an accompanying guest

Smoking policy

Smoking is not permitted inside the unit or in shared areas. A $500 fee applies for violations.

Doors and windows

Please keep doors and windows closed to help the air conditioning work properly and to protect the property and furniture from humidity.

Local environment

Because of the tropical climate, you may occasionally see insects. The unit is treated regularly with monthly pest control, and keeping doors closed helps reduce this.
