Summer 2026 - Two consecutive weeks available - Aug 15-22 and Aug 22-29. Please note Jul and Aug rentals are WEEKLY only and run Sat to Sat. We will consider off-season rentals of less than 7 days (great for college tours, families of URI athletes and/or their opponents to visit/catch a game). Multiple weeks, travel nurse assignments or people who need housing due to renovations, etc. may also be considered. Please contact owner to confirm availability; 2/10 mile walk to beach.

Beach cottage located on a family-friendly street just on the other side of Ocean Road and Scarborough North & South State Beaches. Great house for multi-generational family ~ bring the kids, grandkids, in-laws! Off-street parking for 4 cars. Central air. Enclosed outdoor shower. Lower level family room includes additional sleeping options. It is a quick and easy 2/10 mile walk to Scarborough Beach. Short drive to Town Beach, Roger Wheeler or Salty Brine beaches.

OFF SEASON VACATION RENTAL ~ Take advantage of great weather and smaller crowds. Have to work? Work remotely - wake up, grab a coffee and walk the beach to start your workday! Grab dinner at a place with an ocean view. Lots of outdoor recreation ~ bike, kayak, Block Island day trip!

Great restaurants, local shops, deep sea fishing, mini golf, batting cages, go-carts, Block Island Ferry (Galilee), easy drives to Newport, Watch Hill, Wickford, 40 minutes to Roger Williams Zoo & Providence; 45 minutes to CT casinos; 45 minutes to Mystic Aquarium & Seaport!

First level: fully-applianced eat-in kitchen; 2 bedrooms (one = Queen bed/26" TV, one = two twin beds (or combine for King), sitting area, bathroom w/shower stall

Second level: living room w/sectional, 49" TV, deck, 2 bedrooms, both queens - primary BR has 39" TV, full bath (shower/tub combo) with washer & dryer.

Please self-clean prior to departure; i.e. remove all personal items, place trash and recycling in proper receptacles. Please leave the house as clean as you receive it.

There is a Stop & Shop close-by ~ place a Peapod order and pick it up on your way to the house!
