Your mountain summer escape. Nordic A-frame in the forests of Jamaica, Vermont. Sleeps 10 across four bedrooms, with floor-to-ceiling windows that pull the Green Mountains inside.
Hike in the georgeous serene woods, then come back for the evening. Fire up the authentic Finnish barrel sauna and drop into the hot tub under the birch trees. Roast marshmallows at the outdoor fire pit, or light the indoor wood fireplace when the night cools off. Summer here means trail running in the Green Mountains, swimming at Hamilton Falls, kayaking the West River, and driving the back roads to Manchester for dinner. Stratton’s golf course is 13 minutes away. The Appalachian Trail and Long Trail cross nearby.
Loft has a standing desk and monitor for remote work weeks. 1 Gbps WiFi. 13 min to Stratton, 30 min to Manchester dining and shops. AC units (with air ionizer) on the loft and living room keep the house cool during the 2-3 weeks where you need them in Vermont summer.
