Hallandale Beach is a great town that sits squarely between Miami and Fort Lauderdale offering the best of each city only minutes away in a car. The neighborhood has plenty of shopping available with a Walmart right across the street for food shopping during extended stays, there are several restaurants available including Etaru which sits right on the Beach next to the building beach service area.

This property is located in the upscale neighborhood of Hallandale just steps from the HYDE beach and minutes from the Aventura Mall and the restaurants in Sunny Isles Beach.

Age limit to check-in is 21+ years old.

UPON CHECK-IN YOU WILL BE ASKED TO PAY THE FOLLOWING FEES:
(Fees mentioned below have been provided by the resort and subject to change without prior notice):

1. Resort Fee is $40 + tax per night*
2. Valet Parking is $42 + tax per night
3. Security Deposit is $110 per night (to be paid at the front desk during check-in using a Credit/Debit card, refundable upon check-out). The Security Deposit is mandatory for all the guests.**

EV Charger is available and guest have to pay for it separately.

*Only two beach chairs and 1 umbrella included in resort fee.

Please note: Extra beach chairs are available on a first come first served basis, consider arriving early to secure them particularly during high season.

**Credit card and ID must match name on reservations or accompanying guest to check in. Hotel front desk will place a hold of $110 on your credit card at the time of check in. Security deposit will be released immediately upon check out and may take up to 3-5 business days to reflect on your account depending on the bank.

Pack 'n Play / Travel Crib:
A Pack 'n Play (travel crib) is available upon request for an additional fee of $100. Please let us know at least one week before your arrival if you’d like it prepared for your stay.

Housekeeping during stay (optional):
$160 + tax
This option is provided by the resort and available to book only via email to "centralized", The front desk can provide further details and options to help you reserve a spot.

**Early check-in needs to be confirmed with "Hyde Beach house" hotel directly by calling, They would be able to check you in as soon as the property gets the confirmation for the inspectors.

***Late check-out fee is $120 for 2 extra hours based on availability and must be confirmed with STAY TODAY representative at least before 1 day check-out.
