Getting around the house is easy. Walk 15 minutes to restaurants and shops. Drive 15 minutes to the beach or 12 minutes to Las Olas downtown for dining and nightlife.

👥 Guest Policy:
After booking guest will be asked to provide a valid form of ID of primary guests and a list of first/last names of all occupants. Up to the registered number of guests allowed. No parties or unregistered guests permitted. Essentials like towels, linens, and toiletries are provided for registered guests only.

To ensure a smooth arrival and meet HOA requirements, all guests must sign a short liability agreement at least 24 hours before check-in. This is a mandatory step - check-in instructions will only be released once the agreement is submitted.
