There is a beautiful relaxing fish creek at the end of the driveway as well for your enjoyment.

Step outside of this luxury home from the sun room onto our new trek back deck and enjoy your own private oasis space which includes a large in ground heated pool and hot tub with bluetooth on beautiful pavers as well as a large back sun deck with Weber BBQ, outdoor heater, outdoor drink cooler, ample seating and tables with umbrella. On the pavers we have 4 beach lounge chairs, 4 Adirondack chairs, 4 side tables, and a new propane firepit.

10 Acres! Yes that’s correct! There is a great deal of outdoor space to play your favorite recreational games on the property. We will be supplying several games including corn hole, mini golf, bocce, and volleyball.

Hot tub is open year-round and is covered and locked for safety reasons unless opened for use.

Upon entering the house on the first level of the house there is an amazing gourmet chef style kitchen centered around a custom-tiled wraparound island with bar stools with a separate kitchen sitting area with a counter top kitchen table and seating next to the sunroom. You will find a relaxing living room area off the kitchen with a large sectional and chairs with a gas fireplace, 75-inch Samsung Smart TV with Spectrum TV cable, Netflix, and Sonos. There is an elegant formal dining room as you enter the double front doors on the right side that can seat up to 12 people, across from the private office which can be used for work and conferences

Across from the formal dining room is the private office dedicated workspace which has a 65-inch Samsung Smart TV with Spectrum TV cable and Netflix, entertainment center, comfortable reclining chair to relax and sleep, end table, and desk/credenza, multifunctional printer and phone.

There is an elegant sunroom with a queen sofa pullout bed, large sofa, love seat and several tables. This room leads out to the amazing outdoor entertaining area with ample seating. Refreshing inground heated pool, hot tub, Weber barbeque, 2 outdoor heaters, and a large extendable table with chairs on the large back sun deck.

Additional outdoor seating is also available outside and under the front covered porch. Lastly there are 2 half bathrooms on the first floor, one to the right side off the foyer area when you enter from the 4-car temperature controlled garage and one located in between the living room and office.

Upon walking upstairs to the 2nd floor there are the updated bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, 1 laundry room, and 1 linen closet. Each bedroom has a closet with both hangers and a laundry bin for your use during your stay.

The master bedroom private suite has a king size bed and matching bedroom set, additional seating, and kitchenette area. There is a 65-inch Samsung Smart TV with Spectrum cable, Sonos, Alexa, and phone in the master suite. In addition, the master bedroom has a small kitchenette and wet bar area. As you enter the master bathroom there is a double vanity followed by a jetted jacuzzi tub and a separate walk-in double-headed rain shower with glass shower enclosure. Lastly there is a large walk-in closet in the master bathroom.

The bedroom passed the master bedroom at the end of the hallway on the right side also has a 65-inch Samsung Smart TV with Spectrum TV and Netflix.

There are 3 other full bathrooms on the 2nd floor. There is also a separate laundry room with a free Samsung washer and Samsung dryer for your use during your stay.

**** Summer track season time (early July-early September) rentals are a minimum of 2-3 nights in 2026 and minimum 3-4 nights 2027-thereafter depending on the availability of the upcoming season.
